The sun was out for a 12 mile "progression run" today where basically just a run starting easy and gradually increasing the pace every mile finishing strong but not flat out. Was a tad dodgy with ice around some of the lanes but was a pleasant run overall. Legs felt fine apart from a little heavy but would expect that with the increase in millage over the last few weeks.

There has been a new website created to re-launch the Mells Scenic 7 mile race that starts just outside Frome and I believe a new course. Good to have a local race and massive thanks goes out to the people that continue to run the event as I know how much hassel can be involved in organising these things!!
