Yesterdays run was just another easy 7 miles, wasnt going to run at all but glad I did as the legs felt better afterwards! Run was fairly entertaining with the help of a few "chavs" trying to race me only for one of them to trip over a curb and faceplant and a serious looking runner who I havent noticed before overtaking me, he was running pretty hard as I could hear his breathing over my ipod!! I did tell myself not to bother to race but sorry to say wasnt having any of it and opened up for a mile and flew past him. To be fair he did attempt to go with me when I went by but was soundly beaten a few seconds later...yes I know im far too competitive...
