Have come down with a really heavy cold with the usual aching body, chesty cough etc which is pretty dam annoying with Bath next weekend which is now looking very unlikely. I keep telling myself its better now than a few weeks down the line but was hoping to have a good burn out at Bath.

Looks like several days of rest and taking an unhealthy amount of lemsips max......joy.
