Tonight is a big night of football....no its not Champions league or is it international matches, its Frome Town FC home to top of the table AFC Totton who are 8 points clear in the race for automatic promotion to the Zamaretto Premier Division (league below Conference South). Frome have recovered from a poor start to the season and are now sitting 4th five points clear of 5th with two games in hand with the teams from 2nd to 5th entering the playoffs at the end of the season. This is only the second season in this division for Frome since promotion where they finished just outside the playoffs in 6th place so yet another improvement this year and the strong possibility of extending the season by reaching the playoffs.
With AFC Totton in total control of the league and marching towards promotion this will be a good test for Frome to see how far they have come and a chance of revenge after a 3-2 away defeat earlier in the season. Frome come into this match unbeaten in 9 league games winning the last five including an 8-0 destruction of North Leigh on Saturday so if your bored get on down to the Aldersmith Stadium tonight.....kick off is 7:45pm.
